Overview

The UK CAA is consulting on a deviation request to CS-ETSO in accordance with the provisions of Part 21.A.610.

This particular deviation is to deviate from ETSO-C90d A1 and SAE AS36100A and AS36102 by using the minimum performance standards and the test method applicable to the pallet cargo restraint track defined in SAE AS36100C and AS36102B respectively.

Why your views matter

In accordance with the UK CAA Design and Certification procedures deviation requests shall be assessed by the authority and be subject to a period of public consultation of not less than 3 weeks, except if they have been previously agreed and published by the UK CAA. 

All interested persons may email their comments using this Comments Response Document to Certification.Airworthiness@caa.co.uk for review and disposition by the UK CAA, stating the deviation request number. The final decision shall be published in the UK CAA.
