Policy Proposal for Heliport Certification and SMS

Overview

The CAA is making proposals relating to heliport certification and safety management systems. This consultation follows on from the CAP3199 Heliport Certification consultation, and the Heliports Call for Information with further clarity on our Heliport proposals.

This proposal introduces a new form of heliport oversight and regulation with a risk based approach to allow for the wide array of heliport activities across the United Kingdom.
