Safety monitoring survey – digital tools and processes
Overview
The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has launched a project to review its safety monitoring services.
As part of this, we are conducting research on the digital tools and processes used to support CAA inspections. The purpose of this survey is to gather feedback from staff at Space Industry organisations on these digital tools and processes.
If you work for a Space Industry organisation and are involved in CAA inspections, we want to hear from you!
The survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete. All answers will be stored and processed in line with GDPR. You can find more information in our General Privacy Notice.
Why your views matter
Your feedback will help us to understand customer experiences with digital aspects of inspections and identify where improvements are needed.
Insights will inform designs for new or improved digital services and support the case for investment in these.
