CAA Aeromedical Service Improvement Consultation

Overview

The UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) is reviewing the systems and processes that support its Aeromedical Service, as part of a wider programme to improve efficiency and reduce administrative burden.

This survey seeks feedback from Aeromedical Examiners (AMEs) and their staff on their experience of using the Cellma system in practice. Please feel free to pass it on for colleagues in your practice to complete.

It focuses on how Cellma supports your work, including its impact on efficiency, accuracy, and overall user experience, as well as any additional processes required to complete tasks.

The survey should take approximately 10–15 minutes to complete.

All responses will be anonymised and used solely for internal analysis within the CAA Medical and Technology teams. Responses will not be shared outside these teams.

Your feedback will help prioritise improvements to both the system and the wider aeromedical service.
