CAA Aeromedical Service Consultation - Applicant
Overview
The UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) is reviewing the systems and processes that support its Aeromedical Service, as part of a wider programme to improve efficiency and reduce administrative burden.
This survey seeks feedback from applicants on their experience of applying for and managing their medical certification.
It focuses on your experience of the process, including how easy it is to find information, access the service, complete your application, provide supporting information, and receive your certification.
The survey should take approximately 10–15 minutes to complete.
All responses will be anonymised and used solely for internal analysis within the CAA.
