Economic regulation of NATS En Route plc: Update on approach to the next price control review

Overview

This consultation provides an update on our thinking regarding our approach to the next NATS (En Route) plc (NERL) price control, following our December 2020 consultation (CAP1994).

Why your views matter

The primary purpose of our consultation document is to update stakeholders on our policy position for the next main price control review, which we now intend to carry out over the remainder of 2021 and 2022, with new arrangements implemented from January 2023.
