Notification of Intention to Surrender the Type Certificate for the HS 748

Overview

The UK CAA is issuing a Notification of Intention to Surrender the Type Certificate for the HS 748 (EASA.A.397 Issue 2).

This is at the request of the Type Certificate Holder, BAE Systems (Operations) Ltd.

Notification Number UK.CN.00001 provides the full details and requests that any potential TC transferees or affected parties should respond to the UK CAA within one month of the issue date of this notification. 

Why your views matter

CAA is acting in accordance with ICAO Annex 8, Chapter 1, Section 1.6 (Thirteenth Edition, July 2022) in notifying ICAO Contracting States and States of Registry.

The CAA requests communication of this notification to interested parties to whom it could be of direct concern. Any potential TC transferees or affected parties should respond to the UK CAA within one month of the issue date of this notification.
