Overview

The purpose of the consultation is to gain feedback from industry and the wider public on the proposed amendments detailed below. 
This Consultation relates to: 

1.    Addition of CS definitions for terms used in Annex II to IV of Assimilated Regulation (EU) 139/2014.

2.    Change to the of Aerodrome compliance monitoring schedule Assimilated Regulation Reg (EU) 139/2014 in order to align with AMC1 ADR.AR.B.005(a) Management system

3.    Alignment of Assimilated Regulation (EU) 139/2014 to UK differences published in the UK AIP GEN 1.7 relating to the placement of runway edge, taxiway and stopway lighting.

4.    Removal of the definitions, and the removal of related text  in CAP 168 relating to Aircraft Classification Number and Pavement Classification Number.

5.    Reordering of text in CAP168 Chapter 1, CAA oversight. 

6.    Revision of helicopter related visual aids.
